JK / JL / JT Door Hinge Mount for RotopaX pack (Mount ONLY) sold individually

Description This product is produced by Red Dot Engineering and is NOT a RotopaX branded product.  Kits are sold individually (1)   Use this mounting Kit to adapt ONE RotopaX branded “Pax Mount” to hold a RotopaX branded container on any driver or passenger door of a JK, JKU, JL, JLU, and JT Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator. *Kit can be added to front or rear doors on a 2007-2017 JK and 2018 and newer JL and Jeep JT . Pax Mount and RotopaX Container sold separately. See images for examples of mounting locations. Up to four mounts per vehicle. Pax Mount and RotopaX Container sold separately. Warning: If using this mount with containers on the rear passenger doors, care must be taken when opening and/or closing the front doors with the rear passenger doors in the full open position. Installation Instructions: Step 1: With Door in the full closed position, replace the factory bolts holding the hinge to the door (one at a time). As to not change the hinge alignment. Step 2:  tighten the new adapter bolts to 17 ft-lbs . Step 3: Repeat step 1 & 2 with lower hinge. Step 4: Attach the “Pax” mount (Sold Separately) to the Roto Mount Plate with the 2 supplied 5/16” x 3/4” bolts and 2 5/16” flat washers provided with the “Pax” mount from RotopaX. Step 5: Fasten the Roto Mount Plate to the two Roto Base hinge adapter bolts using the 4 supplied 5/16“ x 1/2” bolts. Torque to 13ft-lbs Step 6: Mount Storage containers as instructed by manufacturer.
