Recently, I had to throw away my dish set from a well known maker because they got hot in the microwave and they began to smell like paint thinner or some type of chemical. I was concerned about the safety of using them. I contacted the company and despite other complaints I had read online, they suggested the glaze may have failed or that leaving in water may have effected them. Really? They merely offered me a discount on another set. No thank you! I decided my next set would be made in the US. I could not be happier with the quality of my new CF Coors dishware. The Blue Spree pattern is just beautiful. They feel substantial in your hand and the finish is luxurious. I only ordered a place setting of four, because I bought them online and wasn’t sure they would meet my expectations. These dishes have exceeded my expectations and I am ordering a second set of four. So nice to know my family and I are eating from food safe and microwave safe dishes that meet stringent safety criteria.
